Due to the varied nature of support in a situation where the job completion time exceeds 1 hour & 15 minutes. (15 minutes beyond included support time block) our interaction will be paused and you may choose to pay for another block of support time, and we will immediately continue support alternatively you may choose to complete the task yourself.
